This concept project was created to explore how AI-generated visuals can replicate the consistency, restraint, and lived-in feel required for a brand like Outerknown. The goal was not to redesign the brand’s identity, but to work within its existing visual language and explore how AI could support campaign-style imagery without feeling artificial or overproduced.

The aesthetic direction focused on natural environments, muted tones, realistic textures, and human presence that feels quiet rather than performative. Each visual was designed to demonstrate how AI can be used to maintain continuity across models, lighting, environments, and materials, while still allowing room for variation and narrative.
